Tajine Restaurant @ Bukit Bintang

After the good experience at Tarbush Restaurant, my Middle East food cravings lead me to Tajine Restaurant at Bukit Bintang. The competitiveness of Middle East Restaurant at Bukit Bintang area is fierce, as a few of them are located next to each other just oposite of Lot10 shopping mall. All the shops had a waiter standing just outside the shop, trying to pull in as many customer as they can. However, they normally just target people from Middle East, and normally won’t bother us Malaysians if you walk past.

Tajine Restaurant serves Arabic Moroccan and Lebanese cuisine, and only have 1 outlet in Malaysia. The interior design is Middle East style, and have a few of interesting painting there.

Baba Ghanuj @ RM12. It’s grilled and mashed eggplant with tomatoes garlic and olive oil. It’s very refreshing eating it, and you can go it with the nan if you wish.

However, we still head inside, only to notice that all the worker are actually having a meeting inside a room. This actually give me a bad impression on them, as although they saw us walking inside, non of them bother to stand up and greet us until I wave at them!

After we order our food, we were first served with the complementary nan and something to go with it. Nothing special though.
